The most efficient model ever designed by the ELECTRIC MOTION company, pure performance!
EM has designed a new engine offering inertia, torque (1400Nm) and power (up to 18kW) simply unmatched in Trial. The arrival of the 4-speed gearbox offers unlimited possibilities in the zone and on trail rides.
The battery is also 100% new and designed by our design office. With a new generation Li-Ion, the performance and life of your battery exceed all possible expectations.
In addition, there is now a long-range version in 2500Wh… and all that in the same battery casing!
With a pre-programmed mapping system, but also 100% customizable with EM Connect, the Epure FACTOR-e is accessible to everyone!

New Engine by EM


The Epure FACTOR-e is equipped with a new power tain designed 100% by EM. Innovative, it combines two technologies:
1. The advantage of an electric motor with instant torque at low revs
2. A power profile similar to a thermal motorcycle, allowing performance and driving pleasure to be combined.
This engine has an unmatched power/weight ratio (3.3kW/kg), an engine speed of up to 14,000rpm, power of up to 18kW, torque of 1,400Nm at the wheel in first gear, all in a housing specially designed to integrate this engine.
The rotor is very high performance surrounded by a carbon sleeve to hold the magnets in place during extreme rotation speeds.

Air cooling has been designed to allow uniform and controlled heat dissipation.

The engine noise has been optimized to provide a very quiet and pleasant transmission, thanks to the reduction of friction.
Finally, the gain of 40% more inertia of the engine really reinforces the roundness and power of the engine.

New Gearbox


The 4-speed gearbox is an essential asset in terms of performance but also in terms of control and precision.
This innovative gearbox allows the motorcycle's behaviour to be adapted to the type of terrain and offers real versatility of use.
1 (Trial):
Trial with steep steps, obstacles, precision is essential and the bike then becomes dynamic and responsive.
2 (Natural Trial):
The bike is then more progressive, more control, more grip in the obstacles but especially in the preparation before obstacles and after the obstacles. The traction is accentuated with a speed more adapted to natural obstacles and/or long climbs.
3 (Mixed):
A speed that allows both trial and touring, this speed was designed for mixed use (we find in this speed the behaviour of our Epure Race model).
This speed is also ideal for beginners, who can get their bearings without touching the gearbox.
4 (Hiking):
Ideal speed for interzone, hiking, thanks to its top speed and its driving pleasure allowing to drive at a hiking speed on a trickle of gas with an appreciable power at mid and high revs, while reducing electrical consumption

New Transmission

The immense acceleration capacity, combined with the gearbox offers endless possibilities.
Combined with the gearbox, the Epure FACTOR-e is equipped with a new secondary transmission with a 520 chain as well as a reinforced swing arm to cope with the torque of 1400Nm.
Finally, the use of this gearbox also allows less energy to be consumed during rapid use, efficiency being one of the priorities of this new propulsion group.
The motor alone weighs 5kg.
The propulsion group engine, inertia, clutch, gearbox, sensors, casings, is lighter than our old propulsion by 3kg

New Clutch


A new engine, a gearbox, but also a new clutch.
Equipped with a triple-disc hydraulic diaphragm system, this new clutch gains in precision and liveliness and can handle the power and torque of the all-new engine.

New battery


Our previous generation of batteries already had one of the best weight/autonomy ratios. But at EM we are committed to maintaining our technological lead thanks to this new battery developed in France in our factory.
The brand new Li-Ion technology has been integrated by our R&D teams, in addition to a new PCB + Bus-bar connection system.
The entire software has been improved for greater security, longevity and performance.
New casing, new side protection, new charging socket, new waterproof quick connectors, new “battery swap” system… everything has been redesigned and revised to ensure the best performance, finishes and durability.

Are you a trail riding fan? There is now a long-range version in 2500Wh… and all that in the same battery casing!This new battery offers a gain of 35% more autonomy than the standard version while keeping the same power!
Epure FACTOR-e 1.8
Suitable for trial riding, particularly thanks to a weight saving of 2kg on the front of the bike.
The power delivered is the same as the 2.5kWh battery
Epure FACTOR-e 2.5
Designed for trial and trail riding, this version provides more than 35% more capacity!
The Epure FACTOR-e 2.5 is 3kg lighter compared to our Epure Race model!

Suspensions


The new TECH shock absorber used by the world's best riders, developed by Marc COLOMER and approved by Gael CHATAGNO is installed on the Epure FACTOR-e.
This shock absorber provides optimized traction and a very precise rear axle feel.
Comes with two adjustments, one for rebound adjustment (24 clicks), one for spring preload (1mm to 10mm max).
All suspensions have been revised in accordance with the new masses and mass distribution.

New Chassis

Our team also worked on the chassis for this new bike.

In fact, the "steering column" assembly has been revised and stiffened in order to further increase steering precision; also, the Y-joints have new offsets for increased dynamism of the front axle.

Customize your settings

EM Connect lets you access your EM motorcycle's settings and data from your smartphone.With the app, you can customize your motorcycle's settings to adapt performance to the terrain and your riding style.Adjusting the accelerator, regenerative braking force, power or even activating the TKO function will allow you to create your own driving modes.
